Washing Line- Working title
The story for the script of Washing Line has entered it's first draft, along with the script itself, the story is as follows. Story follows a three of the lobotomised people in Korea's new England. Everything is depicted as clean, perfect, but crowded. 3 characters, are the primary focus. Each character begin with zero personality. They all have exactly the same schedule, with each of them having very deadpan encounters each day. A buzz signifies them to stop whatever they're doing and listen to propaganda, they all become besotted, as though lovestruck by the voice. Interactions are only had when necessary, and are minimal. Cracks in this start to form, starting with habits, one bites their nails, the other rubs their chin, and one taps their leg. But everything else remains the same. Except the drawer with their medication in breaks. But, they don't do anything about it, just keep trying it each day. Their pauses begin delaying, with each day, taking longer after the buzz. Each day, they wake up more and more tired. Regressing to their former selves as time goes on, they begin to plot their exit, having fully regressed to their former selves. Before they can action anything, a soldier breaks in through the door. They wake up, back in their pattern.
